After 5 years of use, ActiveCampaign is comprehensive and easy to get started with

Automation is easy to setup and maintain. Email customization is also straightfoward for most campaigns. I love their API; their documentation is great, limits are reasonable, and the flexibility is what it needs to be for me to integrate their system directly into our software. Their project manager support is great. We had monthly meetings for quite a while and they were very helpful when we were setting up our initial automations.

Easy to use, easy to grow

|ActiveCampaign
I like the advanced functionality and the ease of use. AC makes it easy to navigate setup, the resources for training and learning are also very good. Easy to see engagement and areas where there are opportunities. The email builder is user friendly and automations (especially with AI assistance) make it easy to create winning campaigns. Support has been great at providing resources and solutions to challenges which have come up.
