Le support est tout simplement terrible. Tout ticket que vous soumettez reçoit une réponse "Veuillez fournir les étapes pour reproduire" même lorsque vous fournissez les étapes.

Xactly Incent has been a great application for us to sync our opportunities from Salesforce and process commissions within Incent. This allows us to have daily updates for credit and commission, and data is accessible to the field in a clean incentive statement.

Our reps' incentive statements are refreshed daily and they're able to see where they are quota-wise or commisison-wise in a given month at any time.
