whenever I click a contact number to make a call, I have to also press a white button that appears at the top, center of the screen asking me to confirm the call and then it goes through, and extra step that takes time and energy
Right now, I can only see my phone calls being tracked from the current day and the day before. I would love to find a way to be able to see phone calls from every day or at least a longer time frame so that way I can track my total average. A friend started a business but he has not yet integrated a call center/ sales department because he is currently doing that himself. I believe understanding the copany size of ideal custermers would help determine if this is a system he would benefit from.
