Since the redesign, the 2.0 as they call it, I'm back in love with Upvoty. They're doing a great job and the new team is super good on support as well. That's the main reason I'm doing this review. Customer support is terrible, takes ages to respond to the most simple requests. Unfortunately they are not responsive to more pressing issues like their system charging us twice for the same month.
