I found the product very useful for the list of ideas that I had. Used to work over emails before and then moved to excel. But excel got corrupted once and took me a long time to recover the idea list I had (thankfully, I was able to do so eventually!). I found the tool very easy to use and easy to understand. I do not come from a patent background, but the tool didn't make me realize that. Though there are 4 workflow processes defined, but internally I used them according to the process I had in my organization. TIP provides me with a common platform to manage the potentially patentable ideas of all my clients in one place. It provides ease of access and sharing of innovative ideas and inventions, which is the first step towards obtaining a patent.
