I love the ease of creating reporting in TapClicks. It is easy to clone other reports and implement quickly. I also really love the integrations TapClicks offers and that list continues to grow. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Unfortunately, the one metric we've consistently run into issues with is the total Facebook reach numbers. The facebook "Reach" and "Frequency" fields are stored on a daily basis, when looking at a range, this value may differ from the source and in some cases be very inflated. Some metrics that are available for one social channel may not be available for another. I want to be able to see MoM engagements, followers gained, etc. and that's available for some channels but not others. The platform is relatively simple, perhaps so much so that creating custom views, for example the ability to apply filters to an existing dashboard based on product area, etc. is not possible. Also, would be great to build out more robust data importing capability to marry and append data imported from APIs.
