I really don't have any complaints about the software applications themselves. They work so reliably and are easy to deploy. My biggest pet peeve with Storagecraft is their partner portal. One downside is that they don't have enough granularity in security tiers within their MSP partner portal. I can't grant my employees only the access they need.
