The app does not instantly update when I have the page open. I will get an email that I received a new message and need to refresh my screen for it to show up. To use an emoji limits your message to barely any characters which is frustrating. Another annoying issue is that there's no "all contacts" option for sending texts. Sonar gives an easy way to communicate with clients. Its platform is "clean" and clearly laid out. Overall, it's easy to use and creates an easy way to assist and contact clients. Some things I love the most are being able to put a good amount of a client's information with the client's number (email, address, etc.). The downsides of Sonar are mostly found in searching for clients. It sorts "New To Old" or "Old To New", which sometimes means the right match isn't anywhere near the first suggestion when searching for someone; unless you type the client's first and last name in exactly. Otherwise, it can take a little bit more time to search for a client among the search results. Also, Sonar is not always intuitive. For example, It's not intuitive how to assign conversations or delete old ones. No software or program is perfect, however, Sonar is a great option that we have appreciated using.
