The dashboarding need to be improved. We also use Looker and in many ways looker does a better job of visualization but it's much more difficult to work with.

Sigma allows me to perform data analysis without knowing how to write SQL queries. This is extremely freeing and provides independence knowing that I will not have to rely on data analysts.
