Inability to show Month/Quarter/Yearly stats through a filter, having to compile the information and do the math directly manually. The loading times are also very slow. I would like to see more features that allow us to sort, that do not freeze up the reports or take an extended period of over 5 minutes to load when switching between agents and their metrics. Ease of use - as long as you have a team to organize the underlying tables, the tool is then very easy for users that may not have advanced SQL knowledge to then go in and build custom reporting and perform data analysis. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Scalability - when leveraging Sigma for customer reporting, there was not a way to dynamically schedule reports. What I mean by this is that we would send the same report to multiple customers but would drop in a unique ID so that the report would filter for only their data.
