I booked tickets through Seat Geek because it was cheaper than any other ticketing website. However when I got to the event, the ticket takers told me that my tickets did not work/the venue was overbooked. The venue still let me in as I had a valid ticket after some troubles, and seat geek gave me a refund as well, so I was happy with their resolution. Ils prendront votre argent pour un événement et ensuite vous verrouilleront hors de votre compte, vous empêchant d'accéder. On vous dit qu'il faut contacter le support et quand vous le faites, on vous dit qu'il faudra des HEURES pour qu'ils vous envoient un e-mail pour réinitialiser votre mot de passe et ensuite RIEN ne vient.
