Je n'aime pas qu'ils n'offrent pas la possibilité aux clients de réserver des massages en couple en ligne. Je les ai contactés et ils n'ont pas de calendrier pour offrir ce composant à leur service. Ils semblent plus intéressés à générer plus de profit à partir de leur plateforme en introduisant un service de paiement en ligne. Autant que je sache, je ne peux pas garder certains services indisponibles pour la planification en ligne - disons que je veux programmer quelqu'un pour un service et ne pas permettre aux gens qui réservent en ligne de voir que j'offre ce service, il n'y a aucun moyen de le faire. Being able to manage multiple provider calendars in a glance is very helpful in scheduling as is creating common appointment types to allow a quick, efficient scheduling process. It's really pretty easy to jump in and start using with a short learning curve. Clicking an appointment in the day at a glance reveals more details regarding an appointment which is much appreciated. There is no ready search bar to search for clients. I wish there was a custom reporting system that the business would be able to enter it's own data points to help manage the business. Double booking is sometimes a reality. When double booking appointments and then reviewing the calendar on the day at a glance view, it's not so easy to read the client or appointment information at a glance.
