I don't really know what I don't know about this product. There are some wants and wishes that I have for it, but perhaps it's possible and I just don't know it yet. And truly there are probably some limitations that are put on it by my company and not really by Responsive. I would love for their to be a personal setting in it that let me customize some of the responses for my own use - and wouldn't change them for my company as a whole.
