This is an organized and efficient way to track previous RFP responses, creating your own database to use as a starting point for future RFPs. Multiple people can collaborate on proposals at the same time, and it's much easier to keep everything in one place. This has allowed us to much more quickly create RFP responses and proposals. There are certain tech glitches that occur here and there, which aren't roadblocks, but just annoying. I'm very type-A, and sometimes the text and spacing is different sizes or difficult to control. The upload feature could be improved. Questions can come in many shapes and sizes, and you have to be very careful on how you format the RFP questions when you upload a new RFP to respond to, so it's easiest to work with.
