I think it's just so clearly laid out and the visual nature of it makes so much sense for my brain to have a chronological timeline I can just reference and know what's happening when. The ability to color code activities and projects is incredibly helpful also and makes it easy to tell at a glance what I've been assigned to. I use it almost daily, and even when my friends ask me when we can meet next I tend to open up RG because it's so much simpler to understand and use than other calendar software I have on my phone!
