RG helps me during start of month forecast cycles. I am able to forecast financials and team utilization among 65+ active projects over the coming ~2 years in a matter of hours instead of days. Je suis analyste commercial chez l'un des clients de ResourceGuru. Mon interaction avec l'application n'était pas du point de vue de l'utilisateur, mais plutôt en tant qu'intégrateur. De mon point de vue, ResourceGuru est convivial pour l'intégration, avec une documentation API exhaustive, de nombreuses fonctions de configuration intégrées et la meilleure équipe de support, toujours réactive et très compétente. I like if there is a feature for resources to can go and update when they become available(meaning if their scheduled task cannot proceed due to another reason and suddenly they have time on hand). If they can go and update it on Resource Guru quickly with a status or something and then there should be view/filter available to check who has time on hand today. I am support lead and allocating support tickets to resources when support tickets come in. Sometimes resources have work scheduled already for Projects but sometime waiting for feedback from others or cannot continue those Project work and they have time on hand.
