Their FHRs have proven great value to our risk assessments for our suppliers. We use FHRs as many times as we can for confidently assessing financial risk. RapidRatings' HealthMark reports with low data depth is an area for concern. My suggestion would be adding a level of risk threat for that rating. If there is a small suplier and that is why there is little data depth, then that should be noted.
