J'aime avoir la possibilité soit de créer un plan d'étage pour un événement basé sur un lieu déjà dans le système, soit d'en créer un complètement à partir de zéro. J'aime aussi pouvoir enregistrer des modèles, donc si c'est une disposition que vous utilisez tout le temps, il est facile de générer une disposition de base pour pouvoir simplement l'ajuster selon les besoins. Je n'aime pas le fait qu'une seule personne puisse travailler à un événement à la fois. Je n'aime pas non plus devoir me connecter plusieurs fois parce que cela vous déconnecte si vous êtes inactif pendant plus de 15 minutes. J'aimerais qu'il reste connecté plus longtemps. I love that I can use all seated for free. I love that venues can (and often do) upload template layouts that I can easily access and design to scale. I love the thousands of different table, chair, furniture, etc. options available to create layouts. And I love that it’s all online, easy to share, and that I can easily download PDFs. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed searching for a simple 5’ round table. There are SO MANY options to choose from. I would suggest better categorizing/subcategorizing so users don’t have to scroll through hundreds of options for each search. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I love that every client can take our template or samples and create their own vision. Everyone can see what is happening and we can all make suggestions depending on the event. Clients can really take control of their wedding or event and make it unique. I think any client wants the control with the guidance to create and make it their own. The only thing I dislike is that I feel that sometimes the floorplan is a little off scale. I am not sure what causes this whether it be the actual floorplan or the table sizes. However, I don't think that this really deters the actual process. There are a few times were clients want to start from scratch, but we do not allow this. This platform is user friendly! Their customer support rocks and they really are trying to understand the Event world and hit event planner needs. They are customizable and seem really fun and professional. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
There are some upcharges that are a bit hidden at first. If you want to customize furniture, that costs extra. If you didn’t alreay budget for that you would be surprised at that additional cost. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
