Le logiciel est capable de corriger près de 100 % de toutes nos applications déployées, les correctifs eux-mêmes sont extrêmement faciles à utiliser et à mettre en œuvre. From the first contact with PMPC, to setting up the proof of concept, to going live with the system customer support has been second to none. This was so easy to integrate into our current End User management systems. We are migrating from SCCM to Intune cloud only devices, PMPC allows us to support both environments while we transition over.
There's a wealth of documentation available on the site, accompanying YouTube videos and support readily available to answer any question you may have. PMPC was already easy to use, but the development of the cloud portal makes packaging applications so easy, a few clicks and your application is being created.

The intune integration with Patch my pc and the ability to use either the app or directly from the web portal make this such an easy app to use. In the grand scheme of things we are a small user of the supported apps however the ability to get up and running on day 1 or the option to have guided setup meant we were up and running almost immediately. We already have a small subset of apps automatically deploying at each update such is our confidence in the way Patch My PC package the apps.

Patch My PC has been very helpful in reducing the amount of time I have to use patching various parts of my systems. With how many awesome features it has, and how easy it is to set up and use, it makes my job that much simpler. Integrating it into my current environment was very simple and I use it on a weekly, if not daily, basis. If there was any issue with it, customer support has been there to help with quick responses. Simple to use, very quick to setup! Has far more features than I need, and can integrate with our MDM solution at the click of a button. Don't have to check the software much at all as it just does what it needs, and should we have any issues then PMPC support has been absolutely amazing at helping us with anything we need. I recently implemented PatchMyPC Cloud with Intune in my org. It was extremely easy to get setup and working. During the POC we were able to setup multiple ThirdParty App upgrade deployments and solve many vulnerabilities by updating third party applications. Once the connection to Intune was made, we were up and running. Deploying apps from PatchMyPC catalog made this stress free. Susan with Customer support was an excellent resource in assisting Bottomline. Melissa from tech support is outstanding for supporting Bottomline while I was first learning to use the software. We started our partnership with PMP with the onprem version, hosted on a vm, from our initial engagement, to their high quality customer service, it was one of the easiest implementations we went over, they not only stick to what they needed to show us, but also, went the extra mile to teach us what best practices and little tricks we could do, to streamline our deployments.
When the time to move to the Cloud arrived, once again, I was able to schedule time with their engineers and even though at the moment there's no automatic transfering of configuration between onprem to cloud, it was one of the easiest and intuitive tasks I had to do, I was able to complete the standing up and initial configuration of our cloud instance in a couple of days.

I have love using Patch My PC, the product is great! I would highly recommend Patch My PC to anyone. It has saved me so much time allowing me not to have to manually package common apps. I recently got into their cloud solution and I am very impressed! It is a very clean and easy to use UI. Another great plus to the company is the people. We like the ability to download an application that is not in the PMPC catalog and as a part of the synchronization, it will create the package for the one-off app we have downloaded. J'aime qu'il y ait déjà une grande liste de logiciels dans la base de données parmi lesquels je peux choisir pour mettre à jour automatiquement les PC des clients. Les programmes sont catégorisés de manière ordonnée et faciles à trouver et à cocher pour mettre à jour nos PC clients. Les mises à jour régulières sont vérifiées et une mise à niveau silencieuse est disponible pour les packages MSI, de sorte qu'elle ne nécessite pas d'intervention de l'utilisateur. Nous pouvons également spécifier si un redémarrage est nécessaire pour compléter le correctif.
J'aime ce programme parce qu'il est bien automatisé et nous n'avons pas besoin d'aller souvent dans l'interface pour apporter des modifications pour nous assurer qu'il fonctionne. J'aime qu'il ait été facile de connecter nos machines clientes à PatchMyPC et que les clients sur notre réseau soient faciles à gérer sans avoir de messages d'erreur ou de pop-ups intrusifs pour l'utilisateur. Je n'ai pas encore suffisamment d'expérience avec PatchMyPC en ce qui concerne l'installation de nouveaux packages ou l'ajout de programmes qui ne sont pas déjà dans la base de données. Je voudrais m'assurer que l'ajout de fichiers msi fonctionne bien, mais je ne peux pas encore commenter car tous les programmes que nous devons surveiller sont déjà dans la base de données. La seule chose que je pourrais ne pas aimer est peut-être une interface basique et qu'elle ne soit pas aussi modernisée et esthétique que d'autres logiciels, mais c'est un problème très mineur.
