It is so intuitive and easy to use! Even reviewers who may not be as tech-savvy are able to easily provide feedback on my proofs. I mainly use PageProof for beta webpages, and the slight downside with that is that the proof updates automatically as the webpage does. So if you make a change in a new version, the previous version won't show the original, but will also show the update. Not a huge deal at all though, just the only downside I could think of! I really like this platform for artwork approval. I cuts out the awkwardness of having to request approval via email and then having to send reminders. You can set a deadline and PageProof will send out reminders and nudges for you. You can highlight documents and leave comments in a similar way to Adobe Acrobat. My only con is that i can't seem to be able to place completed/signed off artwork into folders within the archive. It would be really good to see this feature, so that I can organised my archived artworks which in turn would make it easier to search for old artwork should I need to reference it.
