While the org chart program is a valuable tool, there are areas for improvement. generally a good tool to map out org structure designs. you can roll-up metrics to get a topline view, as well as create custom formulas. very responsive customer support. a rep will reach out to me to talk through my issues and the options that will meet my needs. our rep also proactively reaches out just to check in every once in a while. set up can be a little cumbersome with setting the formulas. the interface is not always very intuitive and looks a little outdated. currently have to manually input each change so there is opportunity to enhance user experience further with simplification upgrades like batch changes. While the formatting seems simple, I find it confusing to determine where certain formatting features take precedence. It seems like one formatting change overwrites another depending on where it's saved. Might just take some adjustment time as we're still very new to utilizing the tool on the job. OrgChart contains a number of features that our previous organizational chart tool lacked. We would often get large org chart requests that could take hours and hours in a convoluted process to fulfill. OrgChart will save us a lot of time for these kinds of requests.
