J'apprécierais vraiment des informations régulières sur les changements et les mises à niveau introduits dans le logiciel. J'apprécierais également une réduction du coût d'une licence individuelle pour une personne comme moi, qui n'est pas étudiant, mais chercheur et aime se tenir au courant des nouvelles fonctionnalités du logiciel. Primarily like it for the ease of use and intuitive interface - paired with good tutorials (both written and in video format) and forum threads to find functions that we need to use. Found the Nvivo software one to be the most easy to pick up and use when compared to other alternatives on the market.

Beats having to manually keep track and administrate between primary/secondary sources and analyses, especially if multiple people are working on the same project.

Price could be lower, transcription price/quality not very good. Otherwise very comparable to other competitive products on the market. Found that it is not very easy to transition between Mac and Windows users, since they can not use the same versions, had to reload separately from Mac. Not sure if it is still an issue or already solved.

I would like there to be more NVivo licenses available for universities and researchers. Universities and research institutions should understand that NVivo is as invaluable as many statistical programmes. I do not know if the lack of availability is associated with the price of NVivo or other issues. NVivo is the best method I have found to analyze large amounts of text for specific words and sentiment. When one intially uploads text to the software, it will do an automatic coding of the text. Once the coding is done, you can adjust settings to see different patterns in your data. Particularly good for looking at survey or interview data. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I found that NVivo sometimes coded sentiment incorrectly, particularly if there were elements of humor in the text. The bad thing about the automatic coding is that you can't get rid of it in the file, you just have to adjust the settings so no longer see it or make your codes visually distinctive.
