Je n'ai même pas besoin de l'utiliser après la configuration initiale - cela fonctionne simplement sans aucun besoin de dépannage ou de maintenance. Et d'autre part, si j'en ai besoin, la création de rapports est facile à configurer, l'aperçu des imprimantes et des travaux est excellent, la gestion des utilisateurs est bonne. L'intégration et la configuration ont été réalisées par notre partenaire Xenon Forte, et même après de nombreuses années, si nous avons besoin de soutien, ils répondent instantanément. The manageability of the printers via MyQ is great! It allows the administrators to see in real time toner levels, meter clicks, status/issues, as well as active user sessions. In conjunctioin with RealVNC, managing printer servers has never been easier for me. Please note that I had previously been working with PaperCut.

MyQ being as new as it is and having the gumption to push out experimental features, there can be bugs. The patches come often should an issue arise and the patching process is simple.
One feature I personally had an issue with was limiting the scope of imported groups. Our Azure import carried a large amount of groups that were redundant/unnecessary in the print server.
