Je me suis inscrit à un essai gratuit de Motion le lundi 8/5/24, enthousiaste à l'idée d'utiliser potentiellement la plateforme pour mon équipe de direction. Cependant, après avoir examiné ses fonctionnalités, j'ai annulé l'essai le jeudi 8/8/24, lorsque mon équipe informatique a refusé ma demande d'intégrer Motion avec Microsoft Teams. Sans cette intégration, la plateforme ne répondrait pas à nos besoins. Après l'annulation, j'ai reçu un écran de confirmation d'annulation, bien qu'aucun e-mail n'ait été envoyé pour documenter cela.

Malgré mon annulation, le lundi 8/12/24, j'ai été facturé 784,80 $ pour un abonnement d'un an, incluant cinq licences d'entreprise. J'ai immédiatement contacté l'équipe de support client de Motion à propos de l'erreur et j'ai fait deux suivis supplémentaires. Cependant, je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse ou d'accusé de réception de mes messages.

J'ai averti Motion par écrit le 8/13/24 que je contesterais la charge s'ils ne résolvaient pas la situation. Pourtant, je n'ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles de quiconque de l'entreprise. Pour aggraver les choses, lorsque je me reconnecte à Motion, je suis incapable de gérer ou d'annuler l'abonnement—mon compte indique que je suis seulement un utilisateur sans droits d'administration et sans accès pour effectuer des modifications.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par le manque de réponse de Motion. La combinaison de cette charge non autorisée, de l'incapacité à gérer le compte, et du silence total de leur équipe de service client est alarmante. Je ne peux pas recommander Motion sur la base de cette expérience, et je conseille fortement aux autres d'être prudents lorsqu'ils traitent avec cette plateforme. I love using Motion because it automatically schedules my tasks around my existing meetings. It's so easy to connect multiple calendars and have Motion do the heavy lifting to figure out when I have time for my tasks. I also love their new project workflow templates and the ability to create a project workflow with AI. Motion helps me to keep all of the tasks I have at hand on my calendar. I'm not always able to get to everything but Motion will reschedule it for me. I'm also able to look at my calendar to see if there is just one more thing I can do in a day instead of mindlessly trying to figure out what to do or quitting early. I love the fact that the developers are constantly upgrading or creating new ways of project and task management so that the program can be used on a personal level, or on a professional setting.

I love that I can put in all my tasks and rank them. The more detail you give, the better the app does at prioritizing your tasks. As a digital advertising consultant with many clients, I have found so far that it really is helping me to stay organized and avoid forgetting important to dos. Ma plus grande plainte en ce moment est qu'il passe constamment à la vue hebdomadaire dans le calendrier au lieu de la vue quotidienne chaque fois que le programme se rafraîchit, ce qui est très ennuyeux. C'est un problème connu et ils promettent de le corriger, donc nous verrons.
