The most helpful parts of MiniCRM, in my experience, are the automatic reminders, the ability to import customer data quickly, and the low cost compared to competitors. The least helpful part about MiniCRM, in my experience, is the fact that they are based in Hungary. MiniCRM being based in Hungary may increase support response time as we are based in the USA, and there is a significant time zone difference. Regardless, MiniCRM has been very prompt so far in responding to our support requests. However, we have not yet attempted to reach their support via phone call, only via email.
