Majesco is extremely expensive. And unfortunately, Majesco Billing is not a flexible solution or platform. It does not fit well to all environments, and it requires intense customization. However, this platform is not easy to customize and requires contacting the over-seas vendor to perform ANY kind of customization. Even the smallest of changes require immense effort from the vendor and unjustifiable costs for these changes.
