When I have a call and the number is not associated with a company in Hubspot I would love to be able to add it so in the future we know who is calling but I do not see this feature is available.

Do you offer a longer cord on the headset?

Cord is a bit short and hard to operate at times. If there was a cordless option, it would be perfect. Something to look into. But for the most part, this is a very small piece of the puzzle.

What is the best way to avoid being confused with Spam with using the local presence feature?

Sometimes if we are calling T-mobile phones the prospects will get a "scam alert" message if we use Kixie with the local presence, making it more difficult to reach potential clients.
