I don't know if this is a Sonos policy or because of the way Karrot works, but I don't like that you can only make a single purchase with the discount code per 12 months. I understand the limiting of the dollar amount purchased per year, but it would be much more convenient and useful to be able to make multiple smaller purchases throughout the year if needed. I love the program - it automatically resets annually so I can make sure that I am always able to buy the latest and greatest Sonos gear. Some programs are only one time use but the fact that I can get a code each year enables me to build my Sonos system out and always have the latest and greatest! For example, I was able to buy their AMP and now we can stream records to any room in the house. I wish that the codes issued would automatically renew once the email verification is made, rather than having to wait. Not a huge deal, but can help make the ordering process quicker.
