We used to struggle with the old software that needed lots of IT help. Ascend is web based and required no install or setup for us. It woks from anywhere (we used it on a cruise ship more than once to keep on top of work lol). We have about 15 people using it and we couldn't be happier. Il ne fonctionne qu'avec un logiciel limité. Le programme n'a pas d'éléments simples comme la date d'échéance sur la facture, toute modification comme l'ajout de poids pour le reporting a pris plus de 7 mois à obtenir. Vous n'avez pas la possibilité de charger une feuille de tarification, pas de portail client, le support est médiocre.
