The system doesn't always seem stable, as occasionally new issues crop up randomly without an update having taken place. There are also some security issues posed by not being within the HSCN which means that MFA is required which makes logging in more difficult for users. Initial training for administrators is also very limited and is primarily through videos which aren't tailored to our implementation and therefore aren't always relevant.
