I like how the templates allow for customization, and it is really easy to just drag and drop to set up your emails. You don't have to be a programmer to make it look the way you want it! I also find the company emails with tutorials and helpful advice that icontact sends out, to be very useful. It is easy to use, great services, always on top of things. I can make changes myself and when I need help they are ALWAYS available to help with anything. Changing up your email blasts is so easy to do to keep your viewer engaged and when you want something special, the design team will do a great job and in such a short time! I can say I do not have any complaints I could say about iContact. It is so easy to use and such great designs, what could you say bad about that? As with anything new you are learning, the time figuring out how to navigate is naturally frustrating. Would be nice to have some custom email template development built into the base price, as I think this would help novice users like me get more out of it and also possibly increase the likelihood of continued use. Ils ont deux façons de créer un message - par MessageBuilder ou en utilisant du code HTML. Je ne suis pas programmeur, mais nous avons eu de nombreuses instances où le MessageBuilder avait un bug qui apparaissait et devait ensuite être corrigé en HTML (par leur support client - qui est excellent). Cependant, une fois qu'ils font cela, vous devez travailler à partir de HTML et c'est très limitant. Nous avons également eu des problèmes avec l'envoi d'e-mails en utilisant leur programme et leur réception dans notre Outlook. Je ne peux pas déterminer si c'est un problème de leur côté ou avec notre pare-feu, mais cela signifie toujours que je dois créer une solution de contournement pour la livraison effective des messages et ensuite je ne peux pas suivre les ouvertures.
