This company has lousy customer service. To use their service they basically became the primary owner of my Google business page (with my permission) and of course they said that I can become the primary owner again at anytime. This is done so that they can post updates on behalf of the business. Since this seemed to be a large and legitimate company, I trusted them and signed up and they became the primary owner of my Google business page so that they could post updates.
They did post those updates which I thought were very generic in nature and not really that exciting and once I got close to my 1 year commitment with them I decided that I wanted to cancel. I did not want any money back only to not renew and to receive primary ownership of my google business page back.
They do not answer the phone and their voicemail now states that they have decided that they are not going to respond to any phone calls and the only option is the email support.
I've emailed support several times and never got any responses After a week or two of polite but direct emails I finally received a reply from Matthew Schousen.

It is now been 9 days since I was informed by the support rep that my business page ownership would be reverting back to me and they are still listed as the primary owner which prevents me from managing my business listing properly. I attempted to reach out twice more and have received 0 responses. Their phone message still states that they do not take phone calls.
I do believe that eventually I will get back primary ownership of my Google my business page but no business should treat paying customers this way. If they have a problem it should be dealt with promptly and there should be communication especially when someone is sending an email it doesn't take much to acknowledge the problem and let the customer know what steps are going to be taken to resolve it.
I definitely do not recommend that any real estate agents or real estate brokers sign up for homesnap pro plus and if you do I definitely do not recommend to allow this company to become the primary owner of your Google my business page as they have demonstrated that they are unable to respond in a timely manner to customers concerns. What if homesnap went out of business? I assume I would never be able to get back control of my Google business page which has over 55 star reviews.
