Our team enjoys the segmented nature of creating chat rooms for each client. It's a simple thing but has helped us a ton! Encore novice dans l'utilisation de Hive, mais cela a été très utile. J'adore la possibilité de visualiser ma liste de tâches dans mon propre onglet ainsi que de jeter un coup d'œil à ce que toute l'équipe fait. Le codage couleur aide également à visualiser les tâches. Hive makes project management and communication simple. If we hadn't had Hive in place pre-COVID, I'm not sure we would have kept our efficiency up, as well as our ability to communicate and collaborate. J'aime pouvoir créer des cartes d'action rapides pour toutes les demandes ad hoc que nous recevons tout en ayant une couverture cohérente pour les tâches récurrentes. Facile à naviguer sur la plateforme et cela prend très peu de temps pour former de nouveaux membres de l'équipe à l'utilisation. J'aime aussi la possibilité de décomposer davantage les projets qui comportent plusieurs étapes de manière claire et facile à suivre. Cela pourrait être un peu plus facile de trier les tâches terminées à travers une vue en tableau. De plus, les options de vue globale pourraient être un peu plus simples à naviguer en général. Enfin, ce serait bien de pouvoir ajouter des abonnés à une carte d'action sans avoir à les assigner puis à les retirer de la tâche. Je vois l'option de suivre une tâche moi-même, mais j'aimerais ajouter d'autres gestionnaires pour suivre une tâche assignée à quelqu'un d'autre afin qu'ils soient conscients qu'elle a déjà été assignée et ajoutée à la liste des tâches.
