Lorsque nous avons acheté deux des unités Highfive au début, cela semblait être une excellente option avec un investissement unique et la promesse que ce serait tout ce que cela nous coûterait, soutenue par une garantie à vie. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Le système est devenu extrêmement peu fiable, les appels tombent tout le temps. Highfive est passé à un service par abonnement et ne prendra plus en charge notre matériel malgré la "garantie à vie" mentionnée précédemment. Cela a essentiellement été un énorme gaspillage d'argent, et plutôt décevant qu'ils traitent leurs premiers utilisateurs avec un tel mépris. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Peut-être quelque chose d'un peu plus ouvert et multiplateforme - un système Logitech Group ou Aver VC520 qui peut être utilisé avec tous les suspects habituels ; Skype, Hangouts, Bluejeans et autres. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Easy connection from the app, web browser or even links in Slack. Can create "rooms" at will to eliminate over-booking concerns. Dial-in options available for those without video, or you can simply turn off your camera. Anyone in a meeting can quickly join the meeting to share their screen. We have teams in multiple locations on the West Coast (Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles) as well as in New York, plus we have people who work from home and every team member has access to Highfive to join meetings from wherever. Unlike Skype Business, HighFive is a modern video conferencing tool that is great for connecting employees from different offices and even candidates to hiring managers in different locations. HighFive allows for a global experience for companies, gives engineering teams from different locations to participate in scrum meetings together and allows remote employees to video conference into meetings.

Another great feature is the Screen Share feature, allowing you to share your screen with the other video conference call participants. This is perfect for presentations and meetings.

As of late, our standalone High Five unit has started to drop calls every now and again. While their support was great the first few months we had the unit (they would do test calls, be prompt with answers, etc), their support is atrocious now. No audio with screen share. Video lag with screen share. No audio only call control. Poor customer service. while they start their terms by saying they want you to be a happy customer, DO NOT expect any prorated refunds if you run into an issue after 30 days. NONE!
