Outside of the ease of use, the greatest value of HealthStream is its customer service support. I my 38+ years of being in the Learning and Development space, I have never encounterd a more valuable and trusted partner. I call a LOT and they are always patient and have a mind set that they are going to figure out the issue, no matter what.

I have 90 employees that use Healthstream for their required training each year. Excited to say we had a 100% compliance rate in 2024. Healthstream is not user friendly. As an administrator for a business with over 200 employeess its difficult to see the employees that has outstanding assignments. i have to search each assignment or each employee. in this day and age it would be nice if this platform had a report that i could run to tell me which employees have outstanding assignments. There are times i make staffing decisons based on the employees having outstanding education this means i have to look up each employee for the shift to see thier education status.
