The platform is user friendly with a useful helpcenter with required information for each available tab within the platfom. The platform also has a inbulit request center which simplifies raising queries to support and has a chat feature with email notification when there is a reply. The detection tab is also extensive with ease of use on filtering and viewing of alerts with required information and ability to obtain the link for further investigation if a screenshot is not available.
