Giftogram has been extremely beneficial for not only making sure I celebrate my team but in a way that they get a choice in what they spend the gift on. I really enjoy the cute card options for every occasion and that I can add a personalized message. It has made it seamless to schedule sending gifts ahead of time and each month I feel at ease that I am sending my team a gift I know they will love! GIving indiviudal gift cards to a whole staff is difficult. You never know who likes to shop at which stores, so somebody inevitably ends up with a gift card for which they have no use. Gift-o-gram changes all of that because you give your staff a dollar amount and *they* get to choose what store their gift card comes from. I work for a fully remote company, and whenever we play games or have a challenge with rewards, I always default to Giftogram. My team is all over the world, so this allows each team member to select a gift card that they would get the most use out of. Super easy to load a dollar amount, and then distribute gifts to my team. With my team being in multiple states, this saved me the frustration of not knowing which establishments are in their area. I know my team appreciated this more than team gifts. I also used the deliver in the future feature. Ce n'est pas facile de rejoindre une autre équipe si vous avez déjà un compte et avez dû contacter le support pour que cela se produise. Je ne peux pas voir ce que mes collègues ont envoyé, donc si je n'ai pas envoyé la carte et que quelqu'un a besoin d'un remplacement ou n'a pas reçu sa carte, je ne peux pas voir qui l'a envoyée, donc je dois demander à d'autres membres de l'équipe qui l'a envoyée et leur demander de trouver l'information pour moi.
