Maybe there’s something I need to adjust on my end, but I don’t love that the recipient list for digital gift cards doesn’t auto-generate. I find myself clicking that tab often to check who I’ve sent gift cards to, but instead, I have to go through the orders tab, then order history, select the digital order, and then sift through those orders to find the recipient I’m looking for. Giftogram is easy to use, and a hit in the office! I love that they have so many e-card options to go along with what we need it for. I would like if we are able to see if the funds are used or able to get funds back if they are not used. Which makes it so we have another step to do on our side. We've noticed there's no incentive for adding funds to our account. A perk program for reloading a certain amount would be a huge motivator for us to use this feature more. Currently, it seems more practical to just use a card for each transaction. If a rewards system for account top-ups were implemented, we would definitely utilize it. I love the fact that I can save my staff list on the site and then quickly and efficiently add them in groups to select amounts for their rewards. I also love that variety that it offers our employees for choice. I love the reports page that quickly provides an invoice for our accounting deparment as well, make record keeping very easy and quick. There are so many options for our staff to choose from when they recieve the reward. Even our staff that have challenges with technology have found ease with redeeming their giftogram. I also like being able to send a reward without having to physically obtain and giftcard and place it in the mail for the employee to recieve weeks later lessening the effectiveness of rewarding great performance and behavior. The only negative feedback I have recieved from my staff regarding redemption of their giftogram is if they have recieved several, they are unable to combine the amounts to purchase one big giftcard. They instead must obtain a giftcard for an equal amount to each card/code they have recieved.

Giftogram allows you to either use one of their designs or upload a custom graphic in the shape of a credit card. It couldn't be simpler. You then have the option of sending the recipient a digital or physical version. I only send digital versions - simpler and faster. The email message the recipient gets looks great. When you send digital cards, you have no way of checking if the recipient received/opened the email. I had a few clients whose cards landed in their spam folders. Not good. The reps love that they get to choose what gift they get, instead of everyone getting the same Target gift card or company-branded item: they can use the Giftogram to get something they want for fun, or something they need at home. There are still some vendors that are not a part of Giftogram, but they are so few that I've been asked about, that even those disappointed that a specific gift card was not found, immediately find another that they want, and the disappointment subsides quickly.
