I used Zapproved's Legal Hold Pro to manage litigation holds. This tool is user friendly and has many great features that work well for me and my organization. We strongly value the option to remind custodians that their responses have not been received as well as the quarterly updates that a particular hold is still in place. Il pourrait y avoir quelques options supplémentaires personnalisables lorsqu'il s'agit de mettre des personnes en attente, sans toutefois exiger qu'elles reçoivent un avis de blocage légal. Cependant, je pense qu'Exterro travaille sur ces types de personnalisations. De plus, il convient de noter que la version du logiciel que j'utilise est assez ancienne (4.10, et ils sont actuellement sur 4.15, et vont sortir la 5.0 dans un avenir pas si lointain).
