ExpenseIn is one of the better softwares I have personally used for expensing. I have used SAP Concur and that is ok but the real time reporting and expensing options of ExpenseIn blow it out of the water. ExpenseIn est un logiciel très intuitif et simple, parfait pour les PME car il nécessite une configuration minimale et un support continu. L'application mobile fait exactement ce qu'elle promet - sans fioritures - mais permet aux utilisateurs d'enregistrer rapidement leurs dépenses en déplacement. En prenant une photo du reçu, les détails sont enregistrés dans l'application - vous donnant la possibilité de gérer vos dépenses en une seule fois à une date ultérieure ou de manière continue et ponctuelle. Cela peut être assez répétitif si vous avez plusieurs reçus car il n'y a pas de fonction de téléchargement en masse. Peut-être pas idéal pour une entreprise avec des employés qui dépensent fréquemment. De plus, si vous avez plusieurs reçus du même endroit, il n'y a aucun moyen de les regrouper.
