From an end-user standpoint, Teem is very easy to use and provides great scheduling and room coordination options with feedback on timing, sessions, check-ins and users scheduled to use the rooms. As our staff book meetings and invite conference rooms in Google Calendar, these rooms are added to Teem and there is now clear visibility as to which rooms are booked or pending to be booked to eliminate confusion. It's so simple to manage that we only have one person that does it. Not needing to have on-premise servers, given it's a cloud solution, also make it super easy to deploy.
