Just a quick disclaimer: my company received Dstillery's service as an added value, and we didn't use them at a very large scale. Dstillery had all the features you'd expect from a display company. I didn't actively dislike anything about Dstillery. There was nothing bad about their service. It was hard for them to hit our KPIs within our strict attribution model (first-click, no view-thru attribution) but that's to be expected of practically any display company I've encountered.
