My motivation for seeking out Digits was how painfully slow Quickbooks was to work in. Digits sits on top of my existing Quickbooks instance which my book keeper manages. But now I can check in on numbers in a rapid quick dashboard.
The related benefit is being able to easily see trends, since the dashboard is largely focused on charts and insights on changes period over period. Although you don't have the ability to download reports, there isn't as much need to do so because you can answer most business questions by clicking in to drill down with e.g. an expense category.
Best of all, you can drill all the way down to the specific transaction level to see what' sgoing on.
The 'management reports' are highly polished and I feel proud showing them to my clients, as opposed to the barebones quickbooks reports.
I honestly haven't played around much with any AI-related intelligence since I'm pretty in the weeds, but I imagine it could be useful. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Only downside is not being able to export reports, but this tool is really designed for an executive who fully trusts the underlying book keeping and wants to understand the pulse of the business.
