Datarails has been exteremely helpful in making our reporting and budgeting process dynamic and efficient. Gone are the days of having to manually download from various databases and edit separate files on a monthly basis. I love the dashboard views and flexbility. GIves fp&a and our sales team direct insight to our business that the did not have previoulsy.

I have to mention the customer service representative, Conor Barnett as well. He was a total game changer in getting us setup in the system, trained and thinking strategically to setup our environemnt for future success. Conor always had availbility when we needed him and never left us hanging on any issues we ran into. One area of improvement specially for us would be the drill down capabilites when dealing with a large and granular dataset and having the ability to pre select drill down parameters or fields would be a great option if it could be added. The good news is Conor Barnett was able to put us in touch with the development team and they were willing to hear our pain points and are currently looking into development solutoins to help us with our drill down capabilties. The Sales team overpromised and couldn't deliver. Implementation was so tedious that we never got a full set of reports out of it, and only ended up using minimal reporting functionality for some areas that worked.

The implementatin team was friendly and very knowledgeable of the product, but it was difficult for them to understand the more complex reporting challenges our comapny faced.

The out of the box integration with Xero, our ERP is not fit for purpose (Invoices with multiple lines are not recorded properly).

Our enterprise is complex, with many consolidating businesses rolling up in one Netsuite instance and dissimilar charts of accounts. We moved from another Excel-based tool to Datarails. Our implementation team assisted us with building our template reports, standardizing our reports, and significantly expediting our data load/refresh time. Avoir plusieurs entités, les rapports consolidés sont très utiles et font gagner du temps. Nous sommes encore dans le processus de mise en œuvre et de création des rapports. Certains éléments ne sont pas intuitifs, par exemple le téléchargement de rapports à partager avec d'autres membres de l'équipe ; la création de widgets dans le tableau de bord en utilisant différentes sources de données (financières et marge brute).
