I like the amount of data that is returned through the Cyara system. As far as middleware information return and timing goes, Cyara has been very helpful in identifying issues we have with our IVR. It allows me to send data to the business in order to provide a full view of the struggles the IVR is experiencing, due to issues that would be hard to provide data for with the Cyara system. There are certain issues that I have experienced with Cyara, as far as, being too critical on the IVR and identifying "issues" that are not a red flag or concern for our Company.
