The best feature I have recently found is the ability to edit your main icons on the top toolbar. For instance, working in a boarding facility versus an animal hospital, I don't utilize the prescriptions options and it's much more streamlined to only see the tools I need. After using the software for a length of time, you get the hang of it. It creates invoices, tracks appointments, runs accounting tasks, and connects directly to your IDEXX results for easy access. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The usability of this software can significantly improve. In general, it is not the most user friendly and you find yourself closing out of arbitrary windows just to get one task completed (check-in, check-out, run invoice, print labels, etc..). It's nearly impossible to create a patient history report without your internal communications on there, unless you manually delete them. J'adore que Cornerstone soit synchronisé avec Idexx. C'est une aide précieuse lorsque les analyses de sang sont automatiquement envoyées aux machines de sang internes et que les résultats sont téléchargés dans le dossier du patient. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Je n'aime pas qu'il ne puisse y avoir que quatre dossiers de patients ouverts à la fois. Lorsque vous avez six salles d'examen qui nécessitent de travailler sur leurs PVL, c'est un inconvénient. Great in having multiple windows open. You can view a patients file without having to close a window. It’s user friendly. If you have any questions there’s always sus to find the answer. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I dislike that there’s certain features you can’t do unless you pay more or buy that package. Sometimes it’s a feature we wouldn’t use often and we can still go without it but it just makes it harder. For example when a patient is boarding for a couple days, we have to set the appointment each individual day, I wish there was a way to schedule for multiple days at once.
