Je n'ai vraiment rien de positif à ajouter ici. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Notre expérience avec CloudAlly a été des plus frustrantes. Pendant près de deux mois, nous avons rencontré des problèmes critiques, et leur soi-disant équipe de support n'a offert que des excuses et des promesses creuses d'escalade. Pas une seule fois ils ne nous ont mis à jour de manière proactive ou fourni un calendrier clair pour la résolution.
Le manque de communication et de responsabilité est stupéfiant. Ce niveau de service soulève de sérieuses inquiétudes quant à la fiabilité de leur plateforme et, franchement, donne l'impression d'une arnaque. Nous avons perdu du temps, de l'argent et des ressources à essayer d'obtenir des réponses ou des solutions qui ne sont jamais venues.
