The most helpful thing is the scheduling and the guys really like that it can hold all the job info even pictures. The ease with which I can pull job reports and many other very useful reports is awesome too because it really helps manage budgets. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The least helpful thing is the GPS Tracking feature. It kills the battery, which will happen to any device that has the GPS on all day. So I just deactivate that feature. There are only two downsides that I have seen to now...when running the mobile app it requires a manual 'SYNC' to update jobs or tasks or even time-sheets. That gets frustrating even though its a simple thing. Considering the real time aspect of the app a periodic auto sync would be great. I like that Clock Shark is customizable to fit my company's needs. The included program support was much appreciated in getting QuickBooks integrated with Clock Shark.
