There’s very little to dislike about the Clazar platform; however, some of the onboarding forms, particularly during the preview phase, could benefit from additional UX testing to enhance usability and clarity. That said, Clazar’s team was highly receptive to feedback, and any issues raised were addressed and rectified almost overnight, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The seamless integration with multiple cloud vendors (GCP, AWS, Azure) is impressive. I primarily used the platform for two key tasks: integrating with AWS Marketplace and connecting HubSpot with AWS’s CRM, ACE. What stood out the most was how effortlessly the integrations were executed, saving a significant amount of time. Additionally, the co-sell analysis feature, which consolidates opportunities, leads, and insights into one centralized dashboard, is incredibly valuable. Clazar's platform as well as their support team simplifies marketplace listing from a quarter long process to something that can be done in days or weeks. It's a no brainer to use their service if marketplace listings are a priority for your business.

During my tenure using Clazar, it was required for integration with AWS Marketplace and APN Customer Engagement (ACE). The process was very smooth and the features are very impressive. I did not use Clazar in my current organization but this was actually a part in my older company, we used Clazar for integration of different platforms. We were facing issues with Marketplace onboarding on AWS and Clazar helped us bigtime doing that. Apart from this, Clazar also helped in streamlining our alliances effort by integrating our CRM with our cloud vendor's CRM.
