Our pricing models are flexible to allow us to balance the customer’s need for a solid return on investment as closely as possible in the value of the solutions. As such, we price our solutions to foster a healthy and long-lasting partnership between us and our customers.
We typically license our software on a ‘subscription’ basis (i.e. as an annual license incorporating a support and maintenance charge) with a minimum term of 3 years, but can generally also accommodate different profiles with higher upfront licenses offset with a lower ongoing fee if this is more suitable for a client (for example for capitalisation reasons).
Our licenses are typically restricted to the business use and a measure of volume (users, reconciliations, instances, regions etc.) which allows us to initiate the contract at a lower level than we ordinarily might, but generate higher fees as client’s use and value from the software increases. Global and /or enterprise licenses can also be negotiated and there are no third-party data or software licenses required.
In addition, clients do typically engage Gresham professional services consultants to assist with implementation of the software in to the client’s environment or assist with configuration of reconciliations or training of business users. However, given the software’s modern stack and the power of the on-boarding processes our consultancy requirements are the lowest of our peer group and significantly lower than that of legacy vendors.
